Nuts in the dining hall --> Cannot do nuts except peanut butter → can cater but can't serve it directly because of allergies
Trail mix in dining hall --> Will try and make bowls of trail mix
Want better granola --> They're working on better granola quality–more granola and dried fruit
Quality differences between Lunch + dinners as well as weekend meals --> Has to do with staffing: the lunch team has been here for longer than night, so they have more experience. Working on increasing weekend staffing, but the crew is very small so it's a struggle (15 people on a Tuesday, but 5 people on weekends)
