Ted X Loomis 

• Met with Mr. Howes 

• Looking forward to the dean's response 

• Will look into the frequency of the ted talks 

Class Dinner Task Group

• Met with Garfield and Esposito

•  Approved the more relaxed barbecue in the spring and the fall

• Agreed on an upgrade of the quality of food

Cell Phone Task Group

• Has a full meeting with students and the faculty who have expressed interest in the phone policy 

• Has an outline planned

Staff Gift

• Has a meeting planned with Mr. Howes to discuss
