• Planning on modifying old proposal 

Cell Phone Policy

• Successful meeting

• Broken up into groups of one faculty and two students

• Reach out to peer schools 

• Very broad talk of the goals 

• “Do we think we have stricter rules”

Physical Wellness Task Group 

• Met with Cabot 

• Cabot will reach out to faculty who have work jobs in the gym 

• Looking into a new gym plan (NEW IDEA)

Community time 

• Met with Howes 

• Spoke about All School Meetings, reducing the thickness of the ASMs

• Wanted an open mic in the dh 

• New tv near parton room 

• Met with matzkin 

• Talked about the idea of letting class officers run the class meetings 

Class Dinners

• Met with matzkin 

• She believes day students don’t like the current format (or don’t attend)

• Want to work on raising the budget

• She wants a culture shift (girls don’t need to buy a new dress) 

DEI 

• Met with Davis 

• MEDITATIONS WILL BE AT ALL SCHOOL MEETING

Sustainability

• Conklin is on board with bringing agricultural proctors back
