• Deans are ON BOARD 

Sophomores allowed in Library (Micro Initiative)

• Met with Donegan and he suggested meeting with more deans to gain more suggestions

Sustainability

• Met with Dyreson 

• Went over strategic planning 

• Dyreson gave a suggestion of a committee of faculty and students 

• Dyreson wants “agricultural proctors” to be changed to “land stewards”

• Possibly of the community work program 

Cell Phone Policy 

• Broken into the subgroups of faculty and students

• Contacting peer schools 

• Meeting next Thursday 

Menstrual Products

• Creating an in-depth cost analysis of products to create a proposal for Soja

Physical Wellness

• In the process of scheduling a meeting with Fish

• Moving it away from the deans’ control and working closely with faculty who would help run TED talks
